Bassist Adam Richards, took the bones of their X RAY CAT TRIO “Strange Times At Roswell High” and went to work. He is unashamedly old school in his methods. Cutting and looping tape and working within the limitations of that process. Feeling very happy with how things were turning out, he invited saxophonist Ben Powling (Viper Time / Ben Haskins Quartet) who guested on the original to revisit and lay down a fresh score. It’s raw and mono and analogue and COMPLETELY ADDICTIVE.
